When signing up for a telephone service, please check for the ETOC mark, which indicates that the service has been certified as an excellent service by the company.

Unfortunately, there are telecommunications companies that are involved in antisocial activities. However, ETOC checks the compliance and service quality of telecommunications companies, and awards the Excellent Telephone Carrier Certification Mark (ETOC Mark) to companies that pass the screening.

By purchasing the services of a company that has been awarded the Excellent Telephone Carrier Mark, you can expect the following benefits.

- Everyone will be able to easily choose a safe service provider and use the service with peace of mind.

- Preventing the provision of funds to anti-social forces.

For corporations and organizations:
Procure telephone services from companies that have acquired the Certified Telephone Service Provider Mark
ETOC Certification Mark

Unfortunately, there are telecommunications companies run by antisocial groups, and it is difficult to tell at a glance whether they are good or bad. If your company's funds flow into antisocial activities or forces, even if you do not intend to, this will pose a compliance risk to your company.

The ETOC Mark is a fair screening process, without discrimination based on whether the operator is affiliated with an association or organization, whether they are a foreign company, etc. There are minimum rules that operators must follow, and any operator who meets these rules can obtain the ETOC Mark.

ETOC assesses businesses and their quality through objective and rational methods, and grants a certification mark to businesses that it judges to be good businesses.

When procuring telephone services, we ask that you select from providers that have acquired the certification mark.

If you see anything suspicious, contact us immediately.

ETOC's goal is to enable customers to use telecommunications services with peace of mind through the certification of telephone service providers and public relations and awareness-raising activities.

Your feedback is the basis of ETOC's activities. If you have any doubts about certified telephone operators or telephone services, please contact ETOC.

ETOC Activities

The Telephone Operator Certification Organization (ETOC) is engaged in the following activities:

Telephone service provider authentication

We certify (check the quality of) telecommunications carriers that provide services using telephone numbers, and issue a certification mark to those that pass. This excellent mark is checked as credit information when conducting transactions between telecommunications carriers.

In addition, when citizens and businesses purchase phones, they will be able to check whether or not this mark is present and choose a carrier with peace of mind.
